Have you ever felt like you had to do something that you really did not want to do?  The protagonist, Palmer, does whatever he can to fit in with the boys.  Unfortunately, his plans are foiled and fitting in becomes harder than he had expected.  The ending of this novel will surprise you and have you cheering for the main character.
